Why this hub exists
Central Florida housing data is often quoted as one big number. In reality, each county is moving differently — sometimes dramatically so. A buyer in Seminole County faces a different leverage picture than a buyer in Lake County. A realtor working Sanford has different tools than one working Kissimmee. We built this hub to keep those distinctions visible.
Every episode goes through the same lens: what is actually happening on the ground, what an appraiser sees in 90-day settled-sales data, and what that means for the people on either side of the closing table.
