Natallia Mann is a Central Florida mortgage broker and housing market analyst. She combines NextGen tech tools with personal, white-glove service — so buyers close with confidence and realtors grow their business.
Natallia holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Central Florida (Magna Cum Laude, 2012) and has worked in the real estate industry ever since. She opened iMortgage4u, Inc. in 2022 with one mission: to make the mortgage process clear, empowering, and deeply personal for every client.
Every client who works with us carries a unique financial story. We never apply a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand the full picture, structure your mortgage to fit your life, and support you long after closing through our VIP Owners Lounge.
Since January 2026, Natallia co-hosts Orlando Market Pulse — a monthly housing market analysis series (available on our YouTube channel) with local Central Florida residential appraiser Jessica Eckhart from Accredited Appraisals — bringing hyperlocal Central Florida market data to buyers and real estate professionals every month.

I came across this company during winter of 2022. I was working with Natalia for about 5 months now. Natalia is the most caring professional that I have ever met. In this country people only think about money, therefore the service may not be as good as you expect it to. But iMortgage4u surprised me as they were going above and beyond to help me and my family out. My case was pretty difficult so I had a couple of other mortgage companies trying to help me, but the programs they offered were not as beneficial as the one that Natalia has found for me.
